Viral Profit Mailer Terms

By registering for Viral Profit Mailer you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Viral Profit Mailer, you may only register for one Viral Profit Mailer account.

You may not promote Viral Profit Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming.

You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Viral Profit Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Viral Profit Mailer account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Viral Profit Mailer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Viral Profit Mailer is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to Viral Profit Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Viral Profit Mailer account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*Viral Profit Mailer has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
Refund Policy

*Due to the nature of the Business Viral Profit Mailer has a strict NO REFUNDS Policy.

Only if we were unable to provide you with your Purchase would a rebate be considered

By joining Viral Profit Mailer , YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER REFERRAL EMAILS AND SOLO ADS. FROM ADMIN & FROM MEMBERS of Viral Profit Mailer

This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Viral Profit Mailer promotions or anything that Viral Profit Mailer needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed - Please use Gmail Only On Sign Up

If your email address bounces or sends back to Viral Profit Mailer a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
Viral Profit Mailer is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet. Viral Profit Mailer does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Viral Profit Mailer. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Viral Profit Mailer. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Viral Profit Mailer liable for any items or policies.

SPAM
Viral Profit Mailer has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include Viral Profit Mailer name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or advertise it on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.
However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Viral Profit Mailer in emails.

To falsify user information provided to Viral Profit Mailer or to other users of the service in connection with Viral Profit Mailer, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Viral Profit Mailer name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
